Job Summary
Lead faculty, staff, and instructors in non-credit, credit, and apprenticeship programs across Advanced Manufacturing, Aviation, Construction, and Agricultural Technology. Develop and strengthen educational pathways that respond to regional industry needs while building partnerships with employers, school districts, Tribal governments, and workforce agencies. Manage departmental budgets, oversee grant funding, and use enrollment, completion, and labor market data to guide strategic planning and continuous program improvement. Represent the College as a trusted educational partner throughout north-central Oregon and south-central Washington.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Three years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education, workforce development, adult education, or a closely related field
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching experience in Career and Technical Education or workforce education
- Experience leading community college workforce or continuing education programs
- Familiarity with state and federal workforce funding, grants, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with labor market information to guide program development
- Experience supporting apprenticeships, customized training, or employer partnerships
- Bilingual or biliterate in Spanish
- Experience working with diverse communities and creating inclusive learning and workplace environments
