Job Summary
Dean of Students responsible for supporting student discipline, attendance, safety, and school climate while enforcing Board policies and Connecticut state laws. Works with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and families to strengthen school culture, implement behavior expectations, support student engagement, and promote consistent application of school policies and procedures. Supervises discipline and student support, collaborates with Guidance on discipline and restorative practices, assists in addressing classroom management concerns, supervises the PM School program, maintains accurate disciplinary records, and communicates with parents regarding discipline and welfare. 10-month position with comprehensive benefits; salary range $95,000–$105,000; start date on or about August 17, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level
- Connecticut Administrative License (#092) preferred but not required
