Job Summary
Dean of Students ensures student behavior support, crisis response, and attendance management while collaborating with families, School Counselor, and Site Administrator. Responsibilities include coordinating daily student management systems, supporting PBIS, monitoring behavior data, communicating with families about attendance and engagement, assisting with safety drills and building supervision, leading crisis response and ensuring staff coverage, supporting paraprofessionals and teachers with student needs, managing operational tasks (arrival, dismissal, field trips, lunch supervision), and contributing to SEL and behavior curriculum implementation. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in education or related field; Minnesota teacher licensure preferred; and 5+ years of educational experience (with special education preferred). The role is full-time, starting July 1, 2026, with a 220-day contract and a salary range of $75,208 - $101,450, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
