Job Summary
Dean of Students / Recovery Coordinator role focused on behavioral management and school culture. Responsibilities include advising on behavioral and school culture activities, acting as liaison between staff and administrators, managing parent communications regarding behavior and attendance, facilitating communications among personnel, students, and parents to enforce discipline and attendance frameworks, maintaining documentation and following PSOE governance and legal guidelines, coordinating daily duties and supervision, and staying aligned with FERPA and charter-school requirements. Qualifications emphasize an Associates degree or equivalent with supervisory experience, strong communication skills, collaboration across diverse groups, and commitment to quality student programs. Proficiency in technology and knowledge of discipline principles and relevant legislation are preferred.
