Job Summary
Implement consistent strategies for managing students with challenging behaviors in a deterring and therapeutic manner while enforcing the code of conduct to maintain proper discipline. Coordinate student initiatives related to the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and work with administration to develop, implement, and monitor the school's MTSS framework. Meet with parents and community stakeholders to understand external student needs and assist staff in developing effective classroom discipline. Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including discipline and suspension documentation, while safeguarding student and staff confidentiality. Maintain good order and discipline among pupils, ensuring an orderly, motivational, and aspirational culture where teaching and learning thrive.

- Commitment to continued personal and professional growth, and a commitment to the company's mission, vision, and growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Effective organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks.
- Proven, effective classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with youth of various social and economic backgrounds, as well as academic and educational levels.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to support students in achieving their goals.
- Proficiency in the use of technology.
- Data Driven Mindset.
- A minimum of an associate or bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with students
- Experience with MTSS, student behavioral intervention, restorative justice, student mediation, and parent engagement
Desired Qualifications
- Possess relevant experience as deemed appropriate and acceptable by the School Director and/or Oakmont Education Group.
