Job Summary
Dean of Students oversees discipline and program management for the ISS program, supervises department staff, collaborates with the Principal and admin team, and engages with parents to address discipline and behavioral management. Responsibilities include staff supervision and evaluation, documentation, and ensuring an effective school climate that supports student self-discipline and safe activities; requires strong leadership, verbal/written/presentation skills, and understanding of higher education policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Native English speaker preferred
