Dean of Students - 2026/2027 School Year at UCW HS leads student life initiatives, data-driven analysis of academics, social-emotional well-being, and behavior; collaborates with parents, students, and staff; oversees student discipline processes; supports restorative justice practices and SEL strategies; develops systems for inclusive student life, communicates regularly with administration and community, and partners with security and attendance personnel to enhance student outcomes; requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of counseling/administrative experience; salary range $65,000-$75,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum five years’ experience in counseling/administrative school experience (preferred)
- Experience in leading full staff professional development that includes data with documented success as a result of the professional development
- Experience with analyzing data around student life and leading full school initiatives around improving that data
