Dean of Operations SY26- 27 (California Candidate Pool)

Dean of Operations responsible for overseeing attendance, child nutrition, recruitment and enrollment, facilities, health and safety, scheduling, records, testing, and transportation across Middle and High school sites. Will manage operations team members (including Community Engagement Manager, Office Assistant(s), Americorp member(s), Special Projects Manager, traffic attendants and a Food Server) and ensure compliance, systems, and processes align with mission. Requires strong leadership, project management, collaboration with Executive Directors, and proficiency with Google platforms; CPR/First Aid certification and clear health/background checks are required.
