Job Summary
Oversee the entire nursing curriculum and faculty, including curriculum implementation, change management, and staffing. Direct fiscal and academic administration for nursing programs while supervising clinical and instructional activities. Manage faculty workload, coordinate schedules, and lead faculty development initiatives. Participate in weekly management meetings to address student progress and educational changes. Maintain and report on student information while tracking goal achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree or Higher in Nursing
- Current license in State as a registered professional nurse
- 2 + years of working experience in the area of education
- Ability to maintain and report on student information and track record of achieving goals
- Exceptional student/customer service, listening, and teamwork skills
- An outgoing, approachable style and a passion for helping students succeed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
