Dean of Nursing

Collaborate with campus leadership on policy making, planning, and evaluation of activities while ensuring the nursing program aligns with the State Board of Nursing requirements. Monitor and evaluate direct reports, manage faculty appointments and retention, and oversee clinical scheduling to ensure sufficient direct patient care hours. Lead faculty development, coordinate student admissions and progression, and serve as liaison to the Board of Nursing and health regulators. Prepare annual budgets, submit required reports, and chair faculty meetings to drive program outcomes and accreditation readiness.
