Job Summary
Assess instructional practices with teachers to provide personalized coaching and enhance teaching effectiveness. Design professional development workshops and facilitate training sessions that align with curriculum goals. Analyze student performance data to identify improvement areas and develop targeted strategies for boosting instructional outcomes. Demonstrate effective classroom strategies to model best practices and provide real-time feedback. Collaborate on setting SMART goals for instructional improvement and serve as a mentor to novice teachers. Curate resources and tools that meet diverse learner needs while assisting with office operations and communicating with staff and parents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan teaching certification
- Minimum of 5+ years of teaching experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional strategies, pedagogy, and best practices in teaching and learning
- Strong knowledge of current educational trends, research, and data-driven instruction
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment and build collaborative relationships
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes and data analysis
