Dean of General Education (On-site in Maryland Heights)

Lead the general education component of the nursing program, setting strategic goals and aligning curriculum with College-wide objectives using program outcome data. Recruit, hire, and manage the general education team while providing ongoing faculty development and overseeing evaluations to ensure adherence to performance standards. Develop and maintain science laboratory supply procurement processes, integrating lab equipment and techniques into the evening curriculum. Maintain an on-site presence to interact with students, faculty, and staff, supporting advancement to core nursing through collaboration with the Dean of Nursing and Campus President. Address student concerns, complaints, and disciplinary issues in accordance with College policies while maintaining compliant records for faculty and students. Conduct face-to-face and online classroom observations of General Education faculty per ABHES requirements.
