Dean of Expeditions responsible for leading Summit Public Schools’ Expeditions program at the site level, overseeing approximately 10 faculty/staff and community partners, coaching Expeditions teachers and staff, coordinating PD, and shaping student experiences through schedules, mentor reflections, and partnerships. The role emphasizes building a robust faculty culture, developing and sustaining community partnerships, managing student experiences and scheduling, ensuring safety/compliance, and leading school culture initiatives. Ideal candidates possess leadership and project-management experience, excellent communication, collaboration across campus and network leadership, and a commitment to rigorous, equitable education with strong relationship-building skills. Salary for this position starts at $103,663 and goes up to $122,635 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
