Job Summary
Oversees school culture and safety, develops interventions to support scholars' academic and personal growth, engages parents, addresses behavioral concerns, supports recruitment/retention, and coordinates classroom/academic interventions and post-secondary planning; requires bachelor's degree, strong organizational and communication skills, technology proficiency, driver’s license with access to a reliable car, willingness to work weekends/evenings, and collaborative teamwork; participates in a multi-disciplinary team in Toledo, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with scholars, particularly teenagers
- Valid driver's license
- Access to a reliable car
- Willingness to work weekends and occasionally late evenings
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Technology proficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
