Job Summary
Execute the BSN academic strategy to drive NCLEX pass rates, persistence, and graduation while leading program expansion for the Evening and Weekend Program. Own curriculum change from the center, ensure compliance with Board of Nursing standards, and coordinate accreditation site visits. Build and lead a high-performing faculty team, managing hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and retention to support operational excellence. Serve as the primary liaison to boards, communities, and internal stakeholders, representing the program in regulatory engagements. This role requires availability during evenings and weekends. Salary range is $100,000–$120,000. Master's degree in Nursing required with 5+ years in nursing education; doctoral degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing
- 5+ years of experience in nursing education
- minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Current, unencumbered RN licensure
- multi-state privilege to practice nursing in the Commonwealth/State
