Job Summary
Dean of GOAL High School responsible for administrative duties and acting in the Principal/Assistant Principal role when needed, on-site leadership, collaboration with school leadership, instructional leadership, monitoring behavioral metrics, data analysis to inform interventions, FERPA compliance, staff mentorship, parent conferences, and coordinating support services to ensure student progress toward graduation. The role requires travel regionally and potential transportation of students as needed, with a strong emphasis on accountability, transparency, and an innovative environment for students.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, Management, or a similar field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Valid Colorado Principal's License preferred
- Two years of experience as a secondary teacher, secondary counselor, or equivalent required
- Two years of experience working online and/or with at risk youth preferred
- Three years of progressively responsible leadership experience working in a school preferred

- Must reside in Colorado
- Must Possess a Driver's License
