Job Summary
Senior Associate – Deals (Transactions) supports the delivery of deal engagements across the transaction lifecycle, including acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, valuations, and strategic advisory assignments. Analyze financial statements, operational data, and market information to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities; prepare outputs such as financial analyses, due diligence reports, valuation summaries, and client presentations; develop business plans and forecasts; perform trend, profitability, and cash flow analyses; assist in preparing and reviewing financial models; coordinate transaction workstreams; liaise with client stakeholders; collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions; apply PwC’s risk management and quality assurance frameworks; maintain clear documentation of analyses and conclusions; build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; communicate effectively in writing and presentations; support and coach junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, ACA, or equivalent) – completed or in progress will be an added advantage
- Certification of CMSA will be an added advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in transaction services, corporate finance, private equity, consulting, brokerage house and investment banking
- Experience with due diligence (vendor or buy side), valuations, financial modelling, market & feasibility studies, capital raising, and Public Private Partnerships
