Job Summary
Deliver bespoke tax advice and implications on M&A, business recovery, and real estate transactions within the Deals Tax team. Collaborate with the wider Corporate Tax network to provide specialist input from Transaction Service and non-UK teams while actively engaging in business development to identify opportunities with multinational organizations and private equity firms. Build relationships with clients and junior team members to support them through the entire deal lifecycle. This role sits within PwC's largest specialist Deals Tax network, offering unparalleled career development opportunities with a diverse client base ranging from high-profile multinationals to start-ups.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or international equivalent
- Equivalent work experience to the above qualifications
- Ability to build internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas
- Developed communication skills, specifically in negotiating with and influencing others
- Strong analytical, project management and report writing skills
- An inquisitive mind and ability to solve problems as part of a diverse team
- Ability to use tax technical knowledge & insights in a fast paced commercial environment
- Must possess a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or international equivalent or have equivalent work experience
