Optimize managed services processes, tools, and services through continuous improvement, utilizing project management and technology expertise to streamline operations and reduce costs. Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, anticipating team and client needs to deliver quality in increasingly complex situations. Uphold professional standards and firm codes of conduct while building meaningful client connections and managing delivery risk.
