Deals – Merger & Acquisition Operation Director

Job Summary
As a Director in the Deals Advisory Practice, you will lead initiatives in merger operations, focusing on pre and post-completion activities. You will conduct thorough analyses of supply chain data, interact with target management to understand business needs, and drive business development activities. The role requires you to engage with clients, identify service opportunities, and support complex multi-functional integrations and divestitures. With a strong foundation in performance improvement projects, you should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, showcasing skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university or foreign institution, preferably with specialization in engineering, supply chain or operations management
- Minimum 12 years of experience combining managing roles in an external consulting firm and industry experience in management roles of operational functions
- Solid experience and proven track record in designing and leading the delivery of performance improvement projects with tangible impact on EBITDA and cash flows
- Excellent business sense and commercially aware, ideally with some level of financial accounting awareness
- Innovative, confident and mature with good ability to develop impactful PowerPoint slides
- Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently
