Job Summary
Lead financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues. Develop strategic advice and business diligence services for clients while managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance, collaborating with leadership to maintain deliverable quality and timelines. Utilize financial modeling and analysis to support client transactions, identify growth opportunities, and navigate complex deals. Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- an active CPA License
- Certified Financial Advisor (CFA)
- Chartered Accountant
- an MBA
