Job Summary
Manager-level role in PwC's Deals Advisory in Singapore focusing on corporate finance and M&A advisory. Responsible for deal execution including financial modelling, preparing presentation materials/pitches, and supporting engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors. Works as part of project teams to deliver value across the deal continuum, from origination to execution and post-deal activities. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and initiative are essential in a fast-paced environment. Education in Business/Finance required; professional transactions experience with investment banks or corporate finance houses highly valued.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses
- Proven experience in deal execution and financial modelling
