Deals, Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services - Manager

Lead teams and manage major engagement workstreams on transactions and advisory projects across accounting, financial reporting, structuring and capital markets topics. Develop technical solutions and transaction structures, deliver high-quality technical outputs (accounting memorandums, structuring papers, regulatory analyses, client presentations), mentor junior colleagues, coordinate multidisciplinary PwC teams, and support client relationship development. Role emphasizes leading teams, project planning and budgeting, and applying strong accounting skills (IFRS, UK GAAP, with US GAAP as an advantage) to deliver client-ready analyses and reports.
