Job Summary
Deals Advisory - Forensics Technology, Full Stack Developer, Experienced Associate role at PwC. Working within forensic services to identify and prevent fraudulent activities, conduct investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance. Core activities include building and maintaining ELT data pipelines, implementing Delta Lake patterns, enabling CDC and incremental loads, leveraging Azure Databricks with PySpark/SQL, managing data stored in ADLS Gen2, and contributing to architecture, design, and production support. The role requires hands-on data engineering experience, strong collaboration, and a commitment to delivering value through scalable data solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics engineering
- Build and maintain ELT data pipelines using ADF (orchestration) and Databricks (PySpark / SQL)
- Implement Delta Lake / Lakehouse patterns (Bronze–Silver–Gold)
- Develop and optimize Delta tables and manage schema evolution
- Support CDC and incremental data loads
- Work with ADLS Gen2 for secure data storage and access
- Assist with schema design, DAG dependencies, and data quality checks
- Use Git for version control and follow standard branching practices
- Support deployments using CI/CD pipelines and terraform-based infrastructure
- Perform testing, debugging, documentation, and production support
- Provide technical input and support to Architecture & Design, delivery and other team leads/partners as required
- Involvement in coaching and advising clients, partners and project teams; capable of being an internal expert resource in "technical information exchange"
