Dealing Officer - Forex/CFD Trading Operations

Job Summary
Execute and monitor client trading orders accurately, ensuring all transactions comply with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Process orders according to established procedures while monitoring market movements, client activities, and potential trading risks. Identify and escalate unusual transactions, pricing issues, or execution discrepancies immediately. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and other internal teams on trading-related matters and maintain accurate transaction records and reports. Requires minimum 1–2 years of experience in dealing or trading operations, familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms, and ability to work continuously during assigned shifts, including outside standard business hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dealing, brokerage, trading operations, or financial services
- Good understanding of trading workflows and order execution processes
- Familiarity with MT4, MT5, or similar trading platforms
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong integrity, accountability, and compliance awareness
- Able to work effectively under pressure and manage time-sensitive transactions
- Able to coordinate effectively with different internal teams
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and time-sensitive trading environment
- Must be able to monitor trading activities continuously during assigned shifts
- Must be able to respond promptly to trading incidents and operational issues
- May be required to work outside standard business hours, depending on market operating hours
Desired Qualifications
- Good working proficiency in English is preferred
- Able to understand trading-related terminology and documentation in English
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams in both written and spoken English
- WPB certification or relevant professional certification
- Experience in forex, CFD, futures, derivatives, or online brokerage
- Experience monitoring trading exposure, price feeds, liquidity, or execution risks
- Knowledge of relevant financial market regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a regulated brokerage environment
