Job Summary
Oversee daily valet operations for assigned dealership locations, manage team schedules, daily reports, and budget allocation. Motivate and empower staff to deliver world-class hospitality while holding them accountable to expectations. Lead operations in a structured management training program designed to develop entrepreneurial leaders capable of running their own markets. Work alongside the team to support customer launches and master behind-the-scenes functional areas. Requires 1 year of people and operations management experience, a valid driver's license, and availability for 45 to 50 hours per week. No sponsorship required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year of people and operations management experience in a customer focused environment
- Must have a valid driver's license for at least one year with no significant infractions
- Must be available to work an average of 45 to 50 hours per week
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer has been made
- All Citrin team members are required to use dashcams while operating vehicles
