Job Summary
Greet arriving service customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information. Check customers in for their appointments and move vehicles from the service drive to the shop following management guidelines. Retain keys according to departmental safeguard procedures and actively promote working relationships with associates. Assist the Service Advisor in maintaining organization in the service drive and follow procedures for active vehicle delivery to ensure high customer satisfaction. Work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Must be at least eighteen years old, have a valid driver's license, and possess manual transmission driving ability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
