Job Summary
Service Technician at Key Motors of South Burlington: diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems (engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning) per repair orders and manufacturer specs; test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools; communicate with Service Advisor on additional work and time estimates; perform warranty repairs; contribute to a high-volume, collaborative shop environment and pursue growth within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification required
- B level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to learn new technology and procedures
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
