Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, listen to vehicle concerns, and accurately document issues. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, communicate estimated costs, and obtain customer approval. Schedule appointments, manage bay availability, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs. Update customers on vehicle status, provide accurate timelines, and create detailed service records. Prepare and explain invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries. Resolve complaints promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Stay informed on automotive technologies and maintenance schedules.
Required Qualifications
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
Desired Qualifications
- Dealership Advisor and Sales experience a plus
- At least 2 years experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
