Job Summary
Dealership Sales Manager at Camping World in Berkley, MA leading a high-performance RV sales team. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, driving new and used RV sales through events and local marketing, budgeting and cost-control, maintaining inventory levels, identifying key product drivers for merchandising, analyzing customer feedback to maintain high service levels, recruiting and training sales staff, and aligning with company initiatives. Required Qualifications
