Job Summary
Lead and coach a high-performance RV dealership sales team to deliver a customer-driven experience. Develop and implement sales strategies through events, local marketing campaigns, and merchandising to drive new and used RV sales. Plan and manage budgets, monitor inventory levels, and optimize pricing and stock turnover. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff, foster growth opportunities, and align team efforts with company initiatives. Act as a liaison between customers and all departments (retail, service, and finance) while staying informed about RV industry trends and market conditions. Demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and communication, and consistently strive to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent service.
