Job Summary
Perform vehicle diagnostics and testing: test systems and components, isolate issues, drive the vehicle to test performance, inspect and refill fluids, ensure proper tire pressure, and maintain lubrication of fittings. Install oil drain plug and new oil filter, communicate oil levels to teammates, and use power and hand tools to diagnose and repair worn parts. Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and operate diagnostic equipment to support repairs. This role supports a career path with opportunities for advancement within the dealership group; a safe, professional shop environment is provided, along with uniforms and a benefits package. ASE and state inspection certifications are reimbursed, with training expenses paid to further your career.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications
- Deep understanding of automobiles and speedy diagnostic abilities
- ASE and state inspection certification reimbursement and all training expenses paid to further your career
