Job Summary
Assist in the parts sales process from start to finish; read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts; provide price quotes and other information to customers; review body shop estimates to verify parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with the estimate; pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure stock accuracy; notify the site manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials needing attention; locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order if necessary; ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on the service repair order; perform other duties as assigned. Strong interpersonal and time management skills, ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents, and valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Starting at $50,000 annually with growth opportunities and benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K with match, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)
