Dealership Parts Advisor

Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional service, answering phones, and greeting visitors professionally. Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person, or email to answer questions and provide requested assistance. Coordinate parts for vehicle repair by interacting with the Body Shop and Service Team, ordering from suppliers, and receiving, unpacking, and storing inventory in appropriate areas. Check quantity and condition of goods against invoices, verify billing records, specify parts accurately, and process core returns, warranties, and part returns. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the counter, work area, and stockroom. A valid driver's license is required.
