Job Summary
Greet arriving service customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information. Move vehicles from the service drive to the shop following management guidelines and safely secure keys per departmental procedures. Assist the Service Advisor in maintaining organization in the service drive while actively promoting effective working relationships with associates. Follow dealership procedures for active vehicle delivery to ensure return visits and a high Customer Satisfaction Index. Readily assist fellow personnel in completing necessary work to ensure full dealership functioning. This role requires working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to operate manual transmission is highly preferred
