Dealership Fleet Service Valet Driver

Job Summary
Manage pickup and delivery of fleet and heavy-duty trucks up to F-750, while greeting customers and providing attentive, professional guest service throughout the dealership lot. Coordinate valet parking and vehicle movement, delivering customer cars and trucks to and from homes. Handle guest inquiries regarding service, sales, and amenities via in-person, phone, or email channels. Maintain guest-facing areas as clean, organized, and welcoming. Support deliveries, errands, and additional dealership tasks as directed. Requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable and available for a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must pass background and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred
- CDL License or certification a plus
- Comfortable using dealership mobile phone software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
