Dealership Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary
Conduct automotive services and explain work orders and invoices to customers while utilizing the VAST system to set up service schedules and manage inventory. Assist clients with purchases in a sales-focused environment and perform retail cashier duties to process payments. Execute oil changes using LOF procedures and interpret vehicle inspection results to make appropriate service recommendations. Demonstrate compliance with loss prevention and safety policies. Requires Level I training status, English proficiency, and ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Full-time employment with Saturday and Sunday weekend premium pay.

- Must be 18 years of age or older
Desired Qualifications
- Prior auto repair experience is preferred
