Job Summary
In-Showroom Customer Advocate role at Carvana in the Sacramento showroom, owning the end-to-end customer experience for walk-in and appointment-based shoppers. Responsibilities include guiding customers from initial inquiry to sale and post-sale follow-up, coordinating showroom visits and test drives, finalizing vehicle selection and order placement, delivering a seamless white-glove experience with app connectivity and warranty/maintenance details, and ongoing post-sale relationship management. Also responsible for customer nurturing and sales support, acting as a CDJR product specialist with up-to-date OEM training, guiding customers through Carvana’s proprietary tools (Carma and Cruise Control), managing showroom inventory and lot presentation, and engaging in local B2B fleet sales. The role emphasizes transparency, trust, and a customer-first buying experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must pass a drug test
- Must obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Not eligible for visa sponsorship
