Job Summary
Perform vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned by the team leader, including diagnosing malfunctions, executing repairs per repair orders, and examining vehicles for additional service needs. Work under the guidance of a Mentor or Master Technician to acclimate to dealership operations and share technical knowledge. Attend factory-sponsored training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins. Call upon the Team Leader or Shop Foreman for assistance when questions arise. Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Automotive technician training school graduate
- Valid driver's license
- Good driving record
- Authorization to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to pass MVR
- Ability to pass drug test
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of dealership apprentice technician experience
- ASE Certification
- Trade school certification
- Honda/Acura brand experience
- Multi-brand experience
