Job Summary
Manage daily deposits, cash receipts, and vendor collections while reconciling cash schedules and monthly closings. Post manual journal entries, issue purchase orders, and process payments and invoices. Complete end-of-month accounting reports and assist in annual reviews and audits. Ensure accurate financial operations and reporting through meticulous reconciliation of select accounts and schedules prior to month end.
Required Qualifications
- AP/AR experience or automotive dealership experience in a back office role
- Computer literate
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel experience
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive AP/AR experience
- Basic accounting experience
