Job Summary
Accounting Clerk at Camping World to support the dealership with various accounting tasks: review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy before processing, verify data between deal paperwork and system, liaise between dealership and Accounting hub to ensure payroll/timekeeping information is accurate, process invoices with manager approvals, handle daily mail, bank deposits, and occasional trips to the bank, and ensure accurate recording of payment information by department personnel. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and 10-key typing, strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work in a team in a fast-paced environment are emphasized. Familiarity with auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) is helpful but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office including Excel
- Typing skills with 10-key
- Self-motivated; able to prioritize tasks and organize schedule
- Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessary
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks
