Monitor and control a table in the pit to ensure delivery of guest service according to Isle Casino Waterloo standards while maintaining table game integrity. Assume overall responsibility for effective gaming service activities for a designated table, maintaining constant awareness of assigned table activities to observe and act appropriately regarding suspicious or irregular events. Control and direct games in progress by dealing within department procedures and maintaining game protection. Communicate pertinent information to the pit manager, floor supervisor, or team members concerning player data, Title 31 matters, suspicious activity, intoxicated guests, or operational concerns. Plan, organize, and complete work timely while demonstrating ownership and assisting guests beyond standard needs. Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors to uphold department procedures.
