Job Summary
Attend the free, 3+ week Dealer School program at Diamond Jo Casino to learn Blackjack dealing and obtain an Iowa Gaming License. Perform basic mathematical functions to calculate payouts mentally while standing for extended periods in a loud, smoky environment with flashing lights. Pass a timed math test and demonstrate the ability to see, hear, speak English, grasp, reach, and bend. Maintain a WINNING team attitude and work flexible hours ranging from 20 to 40 weekly. Earn $25+ per hour including tips and receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus split over the first year. No prior experience is necessary; candidates must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation.
