Dealer Success Representative responsible for maintaining relationships with dealers, delivering best-in-class service, and driving growth and retention. You will resolve inquiries, collaborate with the Dealer Success Manager, manage day-to-day needs of customers, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture in a fully remote setting. Ideal candidates bring customer-first mindset, proactive problem-solving, ability to handle escalations, and experience working with dealers or partners in fintech or dealer services.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer support or a transaction-based environment
- Experience working directly with external business partners or clients (dealers, vendors, or sales organizations) in a high-urgency environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Salesforce
