Dealer Success Manager Coach

Job Summary
Direct management and coaching of Dealer Success Managers, including mentorship, goal setting, performance reviews, and career development. Accountable for the overall performance, productivity, and professional development of the assigned team while providing initial training and oversight throughout the new hire program. Ensure policy and procedure adherence is understood and followed, and effectively communicate across the organization including Senior Leadership. Some travel may be required up to 50%. This role reports directly to the Regional President and requires close collaboration with Regional Sales and Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional service to Dealer customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 3 years experience in staff management and training
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance and career growth
- Proven success in giving effective feedback, recognizing potential, and building high-performing, engaged teams
- Capacity to lead a team through periods of change, motivate associates to achieve ambitious goals, and foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
- Strong instincts for identifying, acquiring, and retaining top talent
- Experience with performance management processes, including rewarding high performers and addressing performance gaps decisively and constructively
- Proven track record of making holistic assessments of our current state, defining an end state vision, and the audacity to articulate the path to get there

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience in staff management and training
- 3+ years of experience in the Auto Finance industry
