Job Summary
Own and lead the integrated Dealer Performance System, aligning standards, certifications, and incentives to drive consistent dealer execution and superior customer value. Ensure program structures translate into measurable market share growth while defining clear expectations for dealer excellence across sales, operations, service, and precision. Build dealer capability through certifications that strengthen technical skills and digital adoption, and align incentive programs to reward behaviors driving volume and loyalty. Simplify cost of doing business by reducing program complexity and streamlining reporting, embedding customer-centric metrics to track performance and close gaps. Establish governance to reinforce accountability and drive continuous improvement across the dealer network. Position located in Racine, WI, New Holland, PA, Oak Brook, IL, or Sioux Falls, SD. Salary $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus bonus. Requires Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in channel marketing or dealer network development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, dealer network development, commercial operations, or a related field
- Proven ability to deliver results in complex environments
- Strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives and driving performance through incentive programs, dealer development, or performance management systems
- Strategic thinking capability with the ability to design and implement integrated, scalable performance systems across a dealer network
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Clear understanding of volume, market share, and incentive-driven behaviors
- Deep knowledge of dealer network operations and the economic drivers of dealer success and profitability
- Ability to simplify complex processes and drive adoption across diverse stakeholders and field organizations
