Job Summary
Dealer Solutions Implementation Consultant drives deployment and adoption of the Standard Jobs solution across the Europe dealer network, supports roll-out and training, delivers sessions, guides dealers through change management and digital solution adoption, optimizes processes and collaboration touchpoints, and partners with regional/global teams to support objectives; requires a university degree and 1+ years in dealer-facing or customer-facing roles with English (B2) and one of German/Spanish/French (B2); offers a fixed-term 2-year contract with hybrid work in Poznań and language support, along with comprehensive benefits
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Business, Management or Agricultural/Technical Sciences
- 1+ years of experience in dealer-facing or customer-facing role
- English (B2) and German, Spanish or French (B2)
- Polish not required
- Good understanding of Service Excellence and Aftersales Processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach
