Dealer Services Ops - Prcsng - Indirect Loan Processor II (Remote in CA only)

Independently manage end-to-end processing of indirect auto loan applications, ensuring files are accurate, complete, and compliant while driving timely funding and delivering a high-quality dealer/member experience. Apply advanced knowledge of indirect loan processing, handle complex scenarios, resolve exceptions, and maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and risk awareness. Own complex loan files and escalations by collaborating with dealers and internal partners, identifying risks, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts to strengthen processes, reduce rework, and enhance operational performance. Maintain and apply state and federal laws/regulations (including BSA/AML, CIP/OFAC) and internal requirements; manage high volumes of loan-related communications; meet service levels and turnaround times; perform QA and root-cause analysis; obtain and validate DMV documentation when needed; coordinate with cross-functional teams; perform non-routine exception resolution; ensure audit-ready documentation; participate in training and knowledge transfer; identify red flags and mitigate fraud; conduct member interviews and thorough income analysis; ensure lien perfection and proper collateral recording; monitor and close out conditions and disbursements; support onboarding/training with best practices; maintain expert knowledge of Golden 1 lending policies and provide guidance on documentation standards; handle email/Teams communications and maintain timely escalations; operate in a virtual/hybrid work environment; and perform other related duties as assigned.
