Job Summary

Dealer School — training program to become a table games dealer at a Danville casino. Paid training at $15/hour during class (paid after obtaining gaming license); base pay $9-$11/hour plus tips with potential to earn up to $65,000 per year including tips. Class starts 6/18/26; runs Thursday–Sunday, 2:30pm–6:30pm; training typically lasts 3–4 weeks; classes hosted at Danville Area Community College. Under supervision of the Table Games Supervisor, dealers deal assigned games per policy and procedures, deliver courteous guest service, maintain knowledge of table game rules, comply with IGB rules and company policies, ensure a safe and professional work environment, and assist with responsible gaming and ethics communications. Requires ability to obtain a gaming license; must be able to deal at least two primary games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat) and several secondary games; strong guest-service experience and excellent verbal communication skills are required.
