Job Summary
Dealer Sales Engineer – DX & VRV based in Jeddah will drive Daikin’s DX & VRV products through the dealer network in the Western Region. Responsible for developing, supporting, and managing dealers to maximize sales of Split, Ducted, VRV, and Packaged DX solutions, expanding market coverage, maintaining premium positioning, building dealer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure order execution, and training dealer sales teams on products, applications, and competitive positioning. Requires engineering degree, 5+ years in dealer/channel management in the KSA market, strong technical know-how of DX & VRV systems, experience with dealer networks, ability to manage pricing/negotiations, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office; English fluency is required with Arabic being an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Dealer/Channel management for DX & VRV Products (Split, SkyAir, Ducted, VRV, and Packaged Systems) within the KSA market.
- Strong technical know-how of DX & VRV systems including splits, ducted, and packaged units.
- Experience working with dealer/distributor networks in the KSA market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and negotiations.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Good technical aptitude with the ability to support dealers on product selection and applications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
